Hi, I knew about Bai Yin Qigong  seven or eight years ago in Hong Kong and attended HarmonyQi Class. Maybe I was too young then, or maybe the timing was wrong, I did not take what I learnt seriously.

Two years ago, I moved to Singapore and I touched base with a Singapore Bai Yin Qigong Instructor. I re-attended the HarmonyQi class at the end of March and immediately followed up with online EnerQi in April the same year.

I have suffered from hereditary eczema since childhood. It has been with me for more than thirty plus years.  When it is triggered, symptoms would include red and itchy skin, blistering, swelling and scaly skin. Whenever it flared up, it  took a few weeks to recover.  When it is serious, I am required to use steroids to reduce and control the severity of eczema symptoms. The treatment normally did not last long. After a few weeks, there would be a relapse,and I would repeatedly go through a few rounds of suffering cycles.

After practising 2 to 3 days of HarmonyQi, I had a relapse, eczema flared up on my hands and legs. Surprisingly, the symptoms on my hands disappeared and I recovered in a week’s time. I was surprised with the results.  It was unbelievable and I continued to practise for 2 to 3 weeks. My eczema gradually improved day by day, and the skin on my hands never looked more smooth and beautiful before. After practising EnerQi for more than 24 days, the more serious eczema on my legs gradually improved too.

Initially,  I thought I would have to live with eczema for the rest of my life.  I am grateful that practising Bai Yin Qigong has given me a glimmer of light to help me regain my health.  I will continue to practise Bai Yin Qigong and  am looking forward to more progress.
